These terms cover the ARCS Parking text message service operated by Access Control Group Inc..
If you choose “Text” at one of our parking kiosks, we send you a single text message containing a link to your parking ticket or your payment receipt for that transaction. That is the entire service.
You consent by selecting “Text” on the kiosk screen. You are equally offered “Print” and “No Receipt”.
Consenting to text messages is never required to use our parking service. No message is sent unless you press “Text”. If you do not, you park at the same price, and a printed receipt is available at no cost. We offer no discount, credit or benefit in exchange for agreeing to texts.
Some of our sites use phone-number entry instead of printed tickets. Where that is the case, the number you enter opens the gate and identifies your parking session, in place of a ticket number. It is used for access control and billing. Providing it is not consent to messaging, and nothing is sent to it unless you press “Text” at the kiosk.
The full process is documented at our opt-in workflow page.
Only when you ask. Typically one message when you take a ticket and one when you pay on exit. We do not send recurring messages, promotions, marketing or newsletters of any kind.
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the message, but your mobile carrier may charge you for receiving it, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any message and no further messages will be sent to that number. This takes effect immediately and automatically. You may also contact us using the details below, or ask any attendant on site, and we will block your number.
Every message we send includes our support email address and telephone number. Reply HELP, or contact us directly using the details below, and our support team will assist you.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
You must have a text-capable mobile phone. Messages contain a web link, so a device that can open a web page is needed to view the ticket or receipt. If you cannot receive texts, choose “Print” at the kiosk instead.
We use your number solely to send the ticket or receipt for that transaction. We do not sell, rent or share it for marketing, and we do not add it to any marketing list. See our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
